Roger Dingledine <arma@freehaven.net> overhauled all of the code, did
a bunch of new design work, etc.

Nick Mathewson <nickm@freehaven.net> wrote lots of stuff too, in
particular the router and descriptor parsing, and the crypto and tls
wrappers.
