Proof of concept implementation of BGNFCF scheme

BGN2 is a free software, it is the implementation of scheme described in the article "Design and Implementation of Low-depth Pairing-based Homomorphic Encryption Scheme" by Vincent Herbert, Bhaskar Biswas and Caroline Fontaine.
