Register for the Intel Attestation Service
Step 1: Visit the Intel SGX API Portal
Portal: https://api.portal.trustedservices.intel.com/EPID-attestation
Click the "Subscribe" button either under "Unlinkable Quotes" or "Linkable Quotes" (Require sign-in).
Step 2: Obtain the SPID and subscription key
Click the "show" button next to the Primary key.
